Earlier today a Russian tank crushed a civilian car. The incident appears to be intentional. The tank crossed two highway lanes and destroyed the automobile under its weight. Newsweek reports viral clip has surfaced showing the public rescue attempt for the affected civilian following the incident. Many are disturbed at the violent nature of the attack.
