Waiting For “Superman”

Submitted by on September 8, 2010 – 1:30 pm

Waiting For “Superman” is a new documentary film from Davis Guggenheim, Oscar-winning director of An Inconvenient Truth. This time, he takes on America’s broken school system. The theatrical trailer can be viewed above.

At Tribal Truth, we are excited about this film because it is shedding light on a problem here in our own cities and towns, and it is using a different kind of marketing strategy. On their website, people can pledge to go see the film, and for each pledge, they will donate $5 to Donors Choose, one of Tribal Truth’s favorite organizations.

Find out more about Waiting For “Superman” at http://www.waitingforsuperman.com, and make sure to take the online pledge to see the film and support Donors Choose.
